 The object of study - metabolic and immune processes involved in the development of chronic inflammatory reactions and disorders of prooxidant-antioxidant balance in pathological conditions in individuals affected by environmental damaging factors. The aim of the study was to assess the importance of chronic inflammatory response, prooxidant-antioxidant balance and persistence of some viruses of the Herpesviridae family as risk factors in patients with comorbid chronic diseases of the hepatobiliary zone, cardiovascular system and / or dyscirculatory catastrophic disease. . The analysis of changes in some biochemical and immunological indicators to determine the feasibility of their use in assessing the contribution of systemic inflammation, oxidative processes and the most common persistent infections in the development of comorbid conditions, identified laboratory markers of adverse comorbid diseases. An algorithm for in-depth laboratory monitoring of patients for the appointment of drugs with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties has been developed.
