Both field and analytical methods of scientific information interpretation were used to perform this work. Scientific monitoring and inventory of the research area geodiversity were conducted and recommendations for the preservation of geological heritage were developed. The samples of rocks, minerals, ores and fossil fauna of the Vendian, Paleozoic, Neogene and Paleogene were collected. In the course of the work, the history of geological development of the Podillia depression on the border of the Upper Proterozoic - Lower Paleozoic was specified. The database of the Volyn-Podillia geosites was developed. The museum's geological collections, which came from Volyn-Podillia, were audited and analyzed. The recommendations for the protection of the outcrops near the Bernashivka and Lypchany villages (Murovani Kurylivtsi and Mohyliv-Podilskyi districts of the Vinnytsia region) were created. The documentation for geosite "Bernashivka Sandstones" was prepared (passport, petition for protection, scientific publications).
