Object of research - wounded ATO / OOS fighters with vascular lesions and soft tissue defects; patients with trophic ulcers and wounds with vascular lesions, experimental biological material - biological tissues (bioimulators) - vessels. Subject of research: Processes that activate the body's own regenerative capabilities after laser irradiation and changes that occur after electric welding of vessels. Research methods: general clinical, laboratory, mechano-manometric, histological studies of electric welds of vessels in the experiment. Objective - To improve the results of treatment of wounds and trophic ulcers caused by combat injuries and vascular diseases by improving domestic medical technologies of high-frequency electric welding and magnetic laser therapy using newly developed devices and techniques. As a result of this research, we studied in an experiment the possibilities of high-frequency electric welding and magnetic laser therapy to connect and block main and peripheral vessels, accelerate wound healing and trophic ulcers using developed and manufactured laser and electric welding devices. This is done by experimental testing of manufactured experimental samples of planned devices and devices. The proposed devices and devices have also been patented. The structure of the research was as follows: study of technology capabilities, creation of appropriate research techniques and tools, experimental and clinical evaluation of their use, evaluation of morphology of welds, their strength in various vessels and joints and improving blood supply to affected organs and tissues by laser irradiation .
