Numerous studies of heating, retention and synthesis modes in a stelarator with physical parameters were carried out: large torus radius R = 6 m, small plasma radius rp = 1 m, holding magnetic field B = 5 Tл. Stable reaction modes of DT synthesis of a mixture with a capacity of 10 - 30 МВт were obtained using plasma heating sources of 10-20 МВт. These parameters can serve as a basis for the development and design of a neutron source, which is necessary for a multiplication hybrid reactor. The idea of creating thermonuclear power plants for the reprocessing of spent nuclear fuel from nuclear power plants has been studied. An appropriate model was created, using amounts of americium and curium small enough to avoid any strong impact on reactor systems and their operation. At the same time, the model allows high characteristics of MA burnout. The nuclear installation used in the model is a torus-shaped thermonuclear reactor with large and small plasma radii of 1000 and 300 cm, respectively. Such an installation can additionally process 10 tons of fuel (americium plus curium) without significantly affecting its physical characteristics. Calculations were made by the method of separating a mixture of substances into a mixture of light and heavy components, which is the basis of the principle of the Archimedes filter, based on the differences in the trajectories of light and heavy ions in crossed fields. The paper presents a complete solution of the equations of motion of ions in crossed longitudinal magnetic and radial electric fields of different intensities. The solutions analyzed and determined the parameters of the trajectories of ions formed in the plasma volume at rest.
