Effect of the dust particle charging, or fluctuation of its charge around the equilibrium value, on the anomalous transport of dusty component of plasma for a finite correlation time of a random field, a nonzero Larmor radius and velocity along the magnetic field of particle, is studied. The evolution of rodlike molecules in Langmuir monolayers is obtained analytically. It is demonstrated, that the resonant amplification of the direct current through Josephson junction at the resonant bias voltage in two-zone superconductors is a result of the resonance between alternating current and Higgs oscillations.
