Types and spheres of use of motor fuel are substantiated; an assessment of the raw material potential of liquid motor fuel production in Ukraine and an analysis of trends in the country's energy supply with motor fuel was conducted; the methodical approach to substantiation of high-tech methods of production of energy biomass and motor biofuels expedient for application in Ukraine is developed and on its basis the choice of the most perspective way of production of motor biofuels is carried out; the methodical approach to the substantiation of technical and economic characteristics of a complex of high-tech production of motor biofuel is developed; the structural-parametric model of energy flow of motor biofuels of Ukraine is constructed; the concept of creation of national high-tech production of motor biofuel in Ukraine is developed; the composition and location of the national complex for the production of motor biofuels are substantiated; a methodological approach to substantiation of socio-economic and environmental efficiency of the national complex for high-tech production of motor biofuels has been developed.
