The purpose of the study: to investigate the features of hormonal and metabolic parameters and pharmacotherapy in patients with diabetes mellitus 2 with normal body weight. Research methods - clinical, biochemical, radioimmunological, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, psychological, statistical. Results: Patients with type 2 diabetes with normal body weight were exposed to glucagon peptide-1 receptor agonist and sodium-glucose cotransporter inhibitor -2. Thus, the use of liraglutide for 3-12 months caused in obese patients a decrease in glycosylated hemoglobin, C-peptide, proinsulin, glucagon, the percentage of visceral fat. Positive changes in treatment were better observed in patients with higher BMI, as well as in women. Dapagliflozin therapy for 12 months in obese patients resulted in decreased BMI, body weight, uricemia, total and visceral fat. However, no significant changes in glucagon, C-peptide and proinsulin were observed in such patients. In obese patients receiving insulin therapy, there was an increase in osteocalcin (a marker of osteosynthesis) and a decrease in triglycerides. In general, patients with type 2 diabetes without obesity compared with patients with obesity, less signs of distress, negative emotions, personal and reactive anxiety and depression. Effectiveness of implementation: The obtained data will contribute to the development of scientifically sound personalized methods for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with diabetes 2 without obesity.
