Dexamethasone has no such effect. The growth kinetics of MSCs are also significantly stimulated by incubation of cells with PRP in vitro. Under the influence of the introduction of MSCs is the abolition of cyclophosphamide mobilization, more effective with the introduction of MSCs preincubated with PRP, normalizes the level of lymphocytes. Fetal MSCs normalize the number of platelets and reticulocytes, and preincubated with PRP MSCs increase hemoglobin. MSCs preincubated with LPS stimulate the natural cytotoxicity of splenocytes. Pre-incubated with PRP MSCs stimulate the formation of antibody-producing cells and increase to a normal level the activity of delayed-type hypersensitivity, which generally indicates stimulation of the immunoregulatory action of MSCs as a result of exposure to pro-inflammatory factors.  Product Description popup.authors Demchenko Dariia Leonidivna Nikolska Valentina V Semenova Yanina-Mariya Taranukha Lyubov I popup.nrat_date 2022-03-09 Close
