 Testing of the radio interferometer for future observations from the Moon surface in the ground-based environment. Determination and refinement of its principal performances with radio astronomy methods. Development of numerical models of the ultra-low-frequency radio interferometer. Studies of radio emissions from the Sun, supernova remnants and radio galaxies at ultra-low frequencies. Realization of joint ultra-low-frequency observations with a new radio interferometer and the Ukrainian low-frequency radio telescopes UTR-2 and GURT. Such joint observations with closely placed antennas give a unique opportunity to analyze and verify advantages of the new instrument.
