The aim of the work is to increase the effectiveness of complex treatment of patients with defects of teeth, dentition and periodontal diseases on the basis of improved methods of endodontic-endosal, intraosseous and subperiosteal implantation. Methods and research are experimental, clinical, functional, radiological, statistical. A finite element model of a fragment of the dental system with artificial inclusion is constructed. The influence on the stress-strain state of the system of changing the diameter of the endodontic-endosal implant with the parameters of the tooth root length has been studied. The influence of variable value on VAT is studied. It is established that with the increase of the implant length there is a small displacement of stresses in the components of the thyroid gland, with an increase in stresses in the implant. It was found that changes in hemodynamics in the neck and microcirculatory system of periodontal tissues ranged from 0.8 to 1.4 for the pulsation index part (Pi), and from 1.5 to 3 for the Purcelo resistance index (Ri) on ultrasound. EMG graphic studies have shown that in patients with adentia, the global neuromuscular balance index fluctuates for the yellow sector in 85-75%, which means a significant discount, and for the red zone - 74%, indicating a complete absence. Improved methods of endodontic-endosal implantation, implantation of plate structures, and implantation with a narrow alveolar ridge, which eliminates the use of autologous bone blocks, distractors, non-resorbable membranes.
