The kinetics of the formation of the first molecules and the luminosity of the Dark Age halos in their lines have been studied. The development of initial perturbations in cosmological models is analyzed in the presence of an additional direct interaction between dynamical dark energy and dark matter. The structure and evolution of the Cosmic Web is shown as a complex network based on N-particle cosmological models and catalogs of galaxies. Machine learning methods are used to evaluate the effectiveness of network analysis as a tool for establishing the topology of the large-scale structure of the Universe. The energy spectra of secondary nuclei, electrons and gamma photons, which are formed as a result of interactions after the supernova explosion, have been calculated by Monte Carlo methods. Differences between the shapes of the spectra of cosmic rays inside the SN and those that left the region of acceleration on the shock wave due to the Bom diffusion coefficient and the diffusion coefficient resulting from Alven turbulence were revealed. The main parameters of the luminosity curves of the eclipsing binary stars of the north part of the celestial sphere were estimated based on the results of ROTSE-I observations and own CCD observations on AZT-14.
