A global equilibrium search algorithm and modifications of the iterative taboo algorithm for solving a quadratic assignment problem have been developed and studied. For the vector problem of partially integer optimization with quadratic criterion functions, the investigations of stability conditions with respect to initial data perturbations in vector criterion have been established. Based on effective local search algorithms, an approach to solving the optimal transfer distribution problem, mathematical model of which is formulated in the form of a two-level linear problem, have been proposed. New variational problems modeling steady-state temperature processes in bodies and their elastic-deformed state, have been constructed and investigated. Bayesian procedures for the recognition of diseases, including brain tumors, based on surface plasma resonance indicators and indicators of modified erythrocytes sedimentation rate have been constructed. Methods for gene fragments recognition based on Markov models with latent states have been developed. Original algorithm for ant colony optimization were developed for solving the problem of reliable and connected networks design, which belongs to the class of NP-complex.
