Trophic factors of stem cells obtained from the brain of embryos and adipose tissue by short-term 48-hour cultivation inhibited the activity of microglial and lymphoid cells, reduced cerebral edema and the number of P53 + apoptotic cells in the cortex and hippocampus of the brain, which showed normalized behavior. on the 1st, 5th, 10th day after TBI. The activity of trophic factors obtained in the cultivation of stem cells depends on the source of stem cells and methods of obtaining them. A model of TBI on nerve cell culture has been developed and the possibility of studying regeneration processes under the action of stem cells and their factors has been shown.
