Clinical, cytological, cytochemical, immunophenotypic, cytogenetic, FISH, biological, statistical research methods were used.The frequency, features of clinical and hematological manifestations and course, morphocytochemical characterization, immunophenotypic features, tumor necrosis factor, transforming growth factor-beta 1of blast cells of 173 ALL patients were established in the work. Cytogenetic aberrations have been investigated and analyzed. Cytogenetic anomalies of various kinds were associated with AML and ALL in 64 % and 69 % of patients respectively. The variant of AL was confirmed according to the criteria and requirements of the WHO (2016) modified neoplasia classification of hematopoietic and lymphoid tissues. Risk groups were identified according to the marker aberrations. The prospects for the determination of cytokines to assess the course of the disease were established. The complex of the conducted researches provides determination of the variant of AL, which allows to choose the optimal scheme and tactics of treatment and to predict the course of the disease. The results of the work were implemented in the SI "Institute of Blood Pathology and Transfusion Medicine of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine", the 5th City Clinical Hospital of Lviv and the Volyn Regional Clinical Hospital.
