Craniotopography of the main venous formations of TOGM, which belong to the vault, varies depending on the individual type of head structure. Different shape and localization of the collector projection in the boom plane have been established, which makes practical sense when performing punctures and surgical accesses to the lateral ventricle and its departments. Two types of structure and branching of venous tributaries flowing into the upper sinuses (VSP) are described: main - with a small number of vessels throughout; placer type - with a large number of tributaries on each side (12 or more). Depending on this, certain vascular areas along the entire length of the GSP, their localization is necessary when performing "safe" punctures and the introduction of a catheter into the body cavity or the horns of the lateral ventricles. Along with this, there are options for the structure of the lumens of the VSP in humans, taking into account the extreme forms of the structure of the head. It is established that the most important craniometric and craniotopographic characteristics are sinus runoff, which has a variety of shapes. The most common is cross-shaped (symmetrical), less often - with right- or left-sided asymmetry and mesh-shaped (multichannel). The drain of the sinuses has its projection on the occipital bone, which is located between the craniological points and (ionion) and op (opisthocranion). Peculiarities of the structure of the main departments of the cerebrospinal fluid ventricular system of the adult brain have been studied. The most important formations of this system are the lateral ventricles, which are located inside the cerebral hemispheres, which have anterior, lower and Product Description popup.authors Bondarenko Stanislav Volodymyrovych Dubyna Serhii O popup.nrat_date 2022-03-09 Close
