The purpose of research is to investigate the biological basis of the functioning of microbiocenoses of the environment and the human body. Modern microbiological (methods of microscopic analysis, bacteriological methods) and physicochemical (pH-metry, sulfite method), complex methods for determining the antagonistic activity of microorganisms, methods of mathematical statistics were used in the research process. During the research, new data on the prevalence of methicillin-resistant staphylococcal strains in Dnipropetrovsk region and the level of their sensitivity to different groups of antibiotics were obtained for the first time. The role of beta-lactamases in the formation of antibiotic resistance in members of the family Enterobacteriaceae was first investigated. Of the 101 strains of enterobacteria isolated from infectious-inflammatory processes of UGT, the ability to synthesize BLRS was found in 27 cultures that were resistant to at least 6 tested antibiotics: 100% of strains showed resistance to penicillin drugs - ampicillin and amoxiclav, 83.3% - to macrolides - erythromycin and azithromycin, as well as to co-trimoxazole and fosfomycin, which allowed them to be classified as multidrug-resistant. For the first time the technology of deep cultivation of the two most active soil strains of micromycetes T. longibrachiatum and T. lignorum was developed, the optimal ones for accumulation of their biomass and manifestation of fungistatic activity of carbon and nitrogen sources, as well as pH and aeration intensity were selected. Strains are promising for the development of a comprehensive biological product to protect crops from phytopathogens. An innovative product created as a result of scientific work can be used in the system of plant protection against mycoses in the agricultural sector of Ukraine.
