Karazin Kharkiv National University popup.description2  The project is aimed at a theoretical and experimental study of the general and specific features of the formation of electromagnetic radiation fields of small-sized combined and dielectric antennas, based on the analysis of the physical processes of interaction of active and reactive components of the fields of near and far radiation zones and analysis of the effect of non-emitting interference streams of electromagnetic energy on these processes. Developed and modified mathematically substantiated analytical-numerical methods for solving boundary-value problems of electrodynamics associated with the excitation, scattering and emission of electromagnetic waves by multi-element vibrator, slot and combined vibrator-slot structures. The scientific and practical novelty of the work lies in the experimental confirmation of mathematically substantiated rigorous electrodynamic methods for solving boundary value problems of electrodynamics, methods and algorithms for calculating the electrodynamic characteristics of broadband, single antennas and antenna arrays. The experimental samples made in accordance with the terms of reference correspond to their foreign counterparts in terms of their electrical characteristics and technical and economic data and have prospects for implementation in dual-use radio communication and navigation systems.
