Karazin Kharkiv National University popup.description2  The object of the study were physical processes and phenomena during formation and evolution of the structure of heterogeneous solids, in particular, ceramic multielement materials, consolidated oxide ceramics, plasma nitride coatings, as well as physical processes in devices for creating and implementing powerful radiation and thermal effects, in particular, ion sources, electron radiation and ion-plasma devices. The subject of the study were physical mechanisms of formation and controlled changes in the structure and phase state of materials to determine the conditions for the formation of the desired structural-phase states of solids. The possibilities of improving the technological characteristics of devices for the implementation of powerful plasma and electron-beam effects on solids were investigated. The peculiarities of synthesis of multi-element compounds in consolidated powder oxide materials have been studied. During electron-beam heating of powder oxide mixtures the parameters of process stabilization are determined.
