Karazin Kharkiv National University popup.description2 A new approach for describing the process of coherent radiation of ultrarelativistic electron beams in an undulator is proposed: a quantum description of the leading (external) field, which is independently registered by a detector, which is a relativistic electron. The proposed model has significant advantages in terms of further analysis: the total radiation power is directly proportional to the square of the Lorentz factor of the electron and the mean angle of deflection of the electron trajectory in the external field, which is fully consistent with "classical" results; the average energy of the radiated quantum does not depend on the strength of the external field and is equal to the average energy of the dipole quantum at a small undulator parameter. It is shown that the Poisson model significantly simplifies and makes more transparent the numerical simulation of the self-consistent kinetics of the electron beam in sources of rigid radiation. Based on the mathematical model developed in the previous stages and the corresponding computer code, the simulation of transients in a promising fast reactor operating in the mode of nuclear combustion (NC), aimed at studying the possibility of controlling the power of such a reactor by changing the efficiency of the radial neutron reflector, was performed. A proportional-differential control method is proposed, which provides a smooth and safe change of the reactor power from the NC, avoiding significant fluctuations in the transition stages. It is shown that the developed control method allows to carry out both a significant temporary reduction of reactor power and its return to the nominal level without interfering with its core. A study of the effect of scattering on individual atomic strings during planar channeling of high-energy positively charged particles on the distribution of spectral-angular radiation from these particles has been carried out. It is shown that as the angle between the initial momentum Product Description popup.authors Kyryllin Igor V. Bulyak Evgen V. Maloviza Maksim S.
