Karazin Kharkiv National University popup.description2  The object of research is magnetoactive cylindrical plasma waveguides; beams of charged particles; limited plasma and antenna; the processes of mutual plasma influence on metal hydrides; processes in the magnetic trap of magnetron discharge; the parameters of selected radiation- resistant dielectrics and metals. The purpose is to expand the capabilities of plasma electronics devices using annular beams of charged particles; efficiency of plasma-technological devices at different types of gas supply and availability of materials for effective optical diagnostics of plasma. The parameters of the beam-plasma system has been determined, where the effective interaction of the electron beam with long-wave surface type waves takes place; the dependence of the flux density of electromagnetic energy on time in any direction were investigated; the reflection coefficients of the electromagnetic wave from the limited plasma were minimized. Data on the interaction of hydrogen plasma with the surface of metal hydrides to create a method of local gas supply of plasma devices were obtained. New configurations of the magnetic field to increase the efficiency of the magnetron discharge have been studied. The physical principles of interaction of plasma factors with materials of optical windows and mirrors were investigated in order to establish the degree of change of parameters of optical materials.
