Research methods: mass surveys, modeling, focused group interviews, secondary analysis of international comparative research data, documentary and statistical analysis, systems analysis. Approaches to the study of pandemic processes and evaluation of anti-pandemic measures in domestic and Western literature are systematized; factors and features of development and functioning of social barriers to vaccination are studied; a methodology developed and a sociological study of the attitude to vaccination of social groups with special potential for informational impact is conducted; the level of readiness for vaccination of the Ukrainian society is determined (through tangential indicators); methods and techniques of conducting sociological surveys under quarantine restrictions are modernized; the mapping patterns of behavior in the fight against a pandemic is carried out; a plan of sociological vaccination for the media for information and educational activities to prepare the population for mass vaccination has been developed. Public sentiments and reactions to the pandemic are typical - on the example of "signal" social groups; the approximate attitude to various anti-pandemic measures is determined; the state and prospects of correction of the level of trust in medical management structures and motivation of "medical" behavior of citizens are determined; the state of the information field around the pandemic and its control, the directions of informational and educational work on the formation of vaccination support are described.
