The aim of the work is the investigation of the size effects in layered systems: at the melting of the multilayered systems of films, at the emission of stacks of Josephson junction on the base of layered structures Pb/PbOx/Pb and Nb/NbOx/Nb, and also at the saturation of the structure of the MAX-phase by the hydrogen. Methods of the investigations: vacuum condensation of films, electron mycroscopy, energy-dispersive X-rays spectroscopy, four-probe method of the measurement of the resistance, the Runge-Kutta method of the solution of differential equations. It is found that the temperature of melting decreases in the multilayered samples of films in the comparison with the samples with two layers. It is found that in the saturated by the hydrogen samples of the MAX-phase protons are placed inside the elementary cell of the MAX-phase but not in the base areas of the cell. It is proved theoretically that in stacks of long Josephson junctions synchronization of emission of all junctions is possible at the in-phase collective mode, the frequency of which is determined by the dimensions of the stack.
