The object of research is the high-temperature superconductor YBa2Cu3O7-δ single crystals. The subject of research - the processes of charge transfer and scattering of its carriers. The aim of the work is to establish the influence of electron irradiation on the processes of charge transfer and scattering of its carriers in HTS-compounds YBa2Cu3O7-δ in a wide range of temperatures The research method is to measure the electrical conductivity in the temperature range Tc – 300 K after the action of external factors - irradiation, annealing. Irradiation with electrons (energy 2.5 MeV, doses up to 91018 cm – 2) enhances the localization of carriers up to the mode of hopping conductivity with variable jump length, and to the anisotropic distribution of defects formed due to irradiation. The superconducting transition shifts toward low temperatures with increasing width until several new transitions occur. Newly created defects reduce the anisotropy of normal electrical resistance. The fluctuation conductivity near Tc is satisfactorily described by the three-dimensional Aslamazov – Larkin model. A constant magnetic field of H = 15 kE blurs the transitions to the superconducting state and causes suppression of the "vortex fluid - vortex lattice" phase transition and the occurrence of the "vortex fluid - vortex Bragg glass" transition.
