A new Josephson transition with a periodic multilayer Ni / Al interlayer with a SQUID-like dependence of the critical current on the external magnetic field is proposed and implemented. The increased sensitivity of this device to the magnetic field compared to conventional superconductor-insulator-superconductor transitions has been demonstrated. The superparamagnetic nature of the magnetic moment behavior of nanostructured TiN / Fe and TiN / Fe / C heterostructures has been established. The obtained results confirm the possibility of a significant increase in the anisotropy coefficient of iron in the nanostructured state to achieve the ultimate goal - to increase the density of magnetic recording. A method for measuring the integral thermal resistance of a complex system consisting of layered and film structures with different thermal and electrical conductivity of layers is proposed and developed. Based on Parker's express method for determining the thermophysical characteristics of such objects, an experimental model of an existing installation for estimating the integral thermal resistance of a multilayer system was developed and created. The electronic structures and magnetic properties of double perovskite oxides of Ca2-xMnxTi2O6, promising materials for use in heterogeneous multiferroics and photovoltaics, have been theoretically investigated using successive quantum mechanical calculations. The theoretically found instability of the Hubbard model at half charge suggests a possible mechanism for electron pairing. Product Description popup.authors Antonov Viktor М.
