The aim of the work was to find new ways to solve current problems in the natural sciences through the use of computer modeling techniques. In particular, it is necessary to use these methods in order to develop computer models of track biosensors, to improve their operational parameters. An important goal of the research was to use information technology to improve the educational process in a pandemic conditions. Recently, due to the unusual electrophysical characteristics the track structures are widely used. Therefore, it is important to create tracks of the appropriate shape and with the appropriate properties of internal surfaces. This leads to the need for targeted studies of the mechanisms of defect formation in the interaction of fast ions with dielectric layers. A separate group of tasks is related to improving the functioning of biosensors made on the basis of track structures. In the course of research, a modification of the method of molecular dynamics was performed, as a result of which it became possible to model nanostructures and radiation effects in nanomaterials. The creation of an ion track model in a polymer film made it possible to study the peculiarities of the passage of ion fluxes through cylindrical nanopores. The effect of ionic current pulsation is explained. A model of the adsorption center on the inner surface of the track was created. Based on the developed models, the dependences of the ionic current on the track diameter, on the characteristics and density of the adsorption centers on the inner surfaces of tracks are obtained. In fact, for the first time the regularities of physical processes of diffusion and migration of ions in nanopores were revealed. The mechanisms of carbonization during ion irradiation of polymers have been established, which also explains the formation of so-called "heavy clusters" in polyatomic crystals.
