The subject of the study is the reproductive health of servicewomen who have returned from the war zone. The work aimed to develop new approaches to the implementation of methods of medical, psychological and physical rehabilitation of women with reproductive health disorders affected by stress factors of the military environment. The study of the relationship between the complex influence of war zone factors and the manifestations of menstrual dysfunction allowed to determine the pathogenetic mechanisms of their development, to develop theoretically sound measures of rehabilitation treatment and evaluate their effectiveness in women of this socio-professional group.
