The purpose: increase energy and resource efficiency and to expand the possibilities of technologies for manufacturing blanks with blind and through hole type sleeves and rings of high qual-ity due to the use of new deformation schemes with combined kinematic impact on the workpiece dur-ing extrusion. Research methods - morphological map method, finite element method, upper estimation method, power balance method, dividing grid method. Results - new and refined existing mathe-matical models for combined extrusion processes based on a modular approach; a comparative analysis of the dependences of the reduced pressure of the semi-finished product, obtained using different functions that describe the features of the new triangular module; the analysis of the waste-free method of manufacturing parts such as the sleeve on the basis of through stitching; regularities of development of VAT of details of type of a ring are studied; the results of modeling the process of stamping a hollow product of the sleeve type to obtain the necessary mechanical properties are given; new methods of TOSH and technological processes of obtaining hollow parts with regulation of kinematic modes and combination of influence on the workpiece are developed, which allows to im-prove the quality of products. Novelty - a set of mathematical models of precision stamping processes has been developed and the dependences of the force regime and technological and design features of the forming process have been established, which differ in the real description of the deformation cen-ter and metal flow; a new triangular kinematic module is proposed, which allows modeling the force regime and describing deformation centers of different configurations; proposed new methods of plastic deformation by extrusion.
