D. Ovcharenko Institute of Biocolloidal Chemistry NAS of Ukraine popup.description2 This work is devoted to the study of fundamental aspects of nanobiotechnological approach to the restoration of soil structure from the standpoint of bio- and colloid chemistry. The paper considers and evaluates the effects of individual components in an integrated approach, describes in detail the synthesis of nanobiocomposite based on sludge waste from biochemical water treatment plants, extraction of components that have a significant impact on aggregation of soil colloids, studied the main physicochemical properties of these agents. The effect of the concentration of nanobiosubstrate and its individual components (microbial exopolymers, nanoparticles of polyvalent metals, humic and fulvic acids) on the destabilization of soil particles in the conditions of long-term experiment - during the year. The results indicate a correlation between the concentration of the introduced sludge biosubstrate and the degree of aggregation. This effect is achieved in the first 2 months and then persists, with small fluctuations, throughout the year. Analysis of the impact on the structural processes of individual components of the sludge system showed that nanoparticles of polyvalent metals make the most significant contribution, slightly less affected by the action of humic and fulvic acids. According to their influence, these structuring agents can be placed in the following sequence: exometabolites (40-48%)> fulvic acids (78-82%)> humic acids (79-84%)> metal nanoparticles (81-84%).  Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2022-03-09 Close
