The measurements in Ukraine were conducted by the multi-position Doppler HF facility, a Doppler ionosonde, and the network of permanent GNSS stations. A technique allowed to choose a more adequate model of TID using the data of Doppler ionosonde was developed. The characteristics of TID restored within the model of perfectly reflecting waved surface moving at the ionospheric heights were reproduces and used later to solve the problems of estimating the parameters of HF radio signals propagating on radio lines of arbitrary length and orientation. Statistical analysis of AGW/TID parameters according to the data of almost four-year measurements by multi-position HF Doppler facility in Kharkiv region was conducted. The distributions of TID by periods, velocities of propagation are estimated. The average "rose of directions" of TID propagation is calculated. Seasonal and daily variations of the main TID parameters are shown. Algorithms and methods of numerical processing of signals of GNSS satellite transmitters registered on the Earth are upgraded in order to reproduce and visualize the characteristics of AGW/TID.
