The purpose of the project: to improve the outcome of surgical treatment of patients with hepatoblastoma by developing new methods of resection and transplantation treatment of hepatoblastoma depending on the stage of the tumor. In the process of work the algorithm of examination and choice of tactics of treatment of patients with hepatoblastoma is developed, which allows: to avoid unjustified laparotomies and to choose the optimal method of xipypic treatment for the patient. An algorithm for preparing patients with hepatoblastoma for radical surgery has been developed and implemented in clinical practice, which allows to reduce the number of postoperative complications and postoperative mortality.
