It will ensure their energy and electromagnetic compatibility with the UES of Ukraine, which will increase its stability, reliability, and efficiency. As a result of the work, the following scientific and technical results were obtained: - Algorithms for harmonic compensation and reactive power control at common connection points (CCP) by a doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) are proposed. - computer models of semiconductor converters as a part of RES based on the created theoretical concepts and practical experience of developing semiconductor converters are developed. - computer simulation based on the strategy of control of the shunt active filter (SAF), which provides the minimum possible instantaneous losses in the transmission line and obtained a new calculated ratio for the gain ratio of power losses in the transmission line when applying this strategy in SAF; - the analysis of technical characteristics of already existing new semiconductor devices based on silicon carbide (SiC), which application in schemes of converters will allow receiving new qualitative technical and economic indicators at the expense of increase of frequency of switching of semiconductor keys - a mathematical model of the power generation system with power supply was developed, based on which the control methods of power generation complex were investigated. - software algorithms of microprocessor systems for the organization of control of DFIG in electromechanical complexes of generation of the electric power with variable speed of rotation of a shaft of the generator are created. - the analysis of technical characteristics of the system of generation of the electric power based on DFIG in a four-wire three-phase network for minimization of losses in a power cable is carried out.
