Immobilized enzymes: acetylcholinesterase, butyrylcholinesterase and urease have been studied as a bioselective element. It is shown that the studied biosensors in a successful attempt to create a bioselective element (optimal immobilization of the enzyme) show high reproducibility of responses and a slight decrease in enzyme activity in the membrane when stored in buffer solution at room temperature and at T = 6-8 ºC. When sensors are stored in dry form, their activity and efficiency decrease, which is most likely due to the physical degradation of immobilized enzymes in the bioselective element of the biosensor due to constant soaking and drying.
