The purpose of the work is a comprehensive analysis of doctrinal approaches and theoretical concepts regarding the legislative regulation in the field of legal provision of property relations and non-property rights and their protection. Research methods - general methods of scientific knowledge, as well as those used in legal science: methods of analysis and synthesis, hermeneutics, formal-logical, systemic, comparative-legal, etc., which allowed to generalize legal phenomena and properties of the subject. In particular, the methods were used to substantiate the legal regulation of property relations and non-property rights, analysis and evaluation of the content of regulations and scientific papers, in order to identify shortcomings and develop proposals for their elimination. The purpose of the work is a comprehensive analysis of doctrinal approaches and theoretical concepts regarding the legislative regulation in the field of legal provision of property relations and non-property rights and their protection. The obtained scientific data are of novelty, have scientific and practical value and correspond to the level of modern legal science in the field of civil and commercial law and process. The study provides a comprehensive analysis of doctrinal approaches and research papers and a multi-vector analysis of regulations on legislation in the field of legal security of property relations and non-property rights and their protection in a market economy.
