Research method - comparative analysis of the requirements of the guiding documents for the individual equipment of military mens, used in walking order in accordance with conception, which account in Strategic Bulletin of Ukraine 2016. The definition of quality indicators of textile materials is given taking into account standard inspection methods and units of measurement, basic values of quality indicators. The mathematical models of the innovate process of obtaining raw materials for the manufacture of fabrics with improved functional (tactical-technical and physical-mechanical) characteristics are formulated.
