The main purpose of the research is to substantiate and develop the theoretical and methodological foundations of the experience economy development in nature management on an inclusive approach. Conceptual bases of inclusive economy of experience in nature management developmented basis on behavioral, environmental, socio-natural, ecological and social-market approaches. A methodological approach of justification well-being component, which is mediated by the contradiction "experience - inclusion", at the same time a consequence of development and positive transformation of relations in the system "society - nature - economy" is designed. Conceptual base of inclusive recreational nature management development, based on appropriate institutional environment have been proposed. Improved theoretical institutional support foundations of inclusive economy of experience in nature management, which are based on the provisions of the new institutional economy, and in their combination of socially oriented market economy and sustainable development determine the direction of institutional change state regulation.
