The purpose of the work is to develop a methodology for the formation of logistics of domestic commodity markets on the reproductive approach. Research methods – theoretical generalization, logical analysis, system and structural analysis, balance method, methods of economic analysis and statistics. For the first time: – developed and verified the theoretical position on the transformational impact of efficient logistics on the theory of market equilibrium on the basis of the proposed modified model of Evans' market equilibrium by including a logistics component; – methodological bases of formation of effective logistics of commodity markets based on four groups of principles of formation of effective market chains (general, reproduction, integration, regulatory and sustainable development) are substantiated; chain approach to determining the logistics structure of the commodity market; classification of market chains on the basis of reproduction, which allowed to prove a hypothetical statement: the reproduction development of commodity markets is associated with the process of forming within them efficient logistics chains; – the regularity of the multifunctional essence of the logistics operation is revealed, which consists in preserving, increasing and transforming the consumer value of goods in the process of its movement along the links of the logistics chain, accompanied by growth of total market value added; – the theoretical and methodological approach to diagnostics of efficiency of functioning of logistic chains of commodity markets is substantiated; – the theoretical and methodological basis of logistical "gaps" in the flow processes of the commodity market on the basis of the reproductiоn approach and GAP-analysis; – the theoretical and methodological approach to assessing the transformational impact of formal institutions on the logistics processes of commodity.
