The effect of different surface densities of immobilized oligonucleotides with the addition of different concentrations of gold nanoparticles on the optical characteristics of quantum dots modified with a short oligonucleotide, as well as in the presence of free complementary oligonucleotides 80-brc-abl. The obtained data showed that the increase in the surface density of short oligonucleotides on the surface of quantum dots affects two preparations of quantum dots in different ways: in some there is an increase in photoluminescence, and in others there are no significant changes. Increasing the concentration of gold nanoparticles in samples with quantum dots reduces the photoluminescence both in the presence of 80-brc-abl samples and in its absence. Electrolytic aggregation of modified gold nanoparticles in samples with modified quantum dots and complementary oligonucleotide 80-brc-abl was also investigated.
