An analysis of the dynamic behaviour of the platform-vibrator with shock, which is used in the construction industry for compaction and formation of large concrete products was carried out. Numerical experiments and their detailed analysis have revealed a number of nonlinear phenomena that can be undesirable and dangerous in the operation of equipment. Recommendations for undesirable ranges of control parameters are formulated. Developed on the basis of the method of boundary integral equations, the numerical approach was used to solve the problem of dynamic stress-strain state a porous elastic space, which contains two spherical tanks, in one of which the explosion occurred. New dynamic diagnostic models of buildings and structures in the study of their seismic responses are built. The efficiency of taking into account the horizontal seismic movement of the soil in the form of transverse bending waves in the columns of buildings as a measure of earthquake intensity is evaluated in detail. The application of the developed model for the analysis of the dynamic behaviour of the frame building taking into account the appearance of defects in the form of thinning columns (floor slabs) and weakening the fastening made it possible to qualitatively assess the condition of the structure from the standpoint of its "survivability".
