Using tested sensors, synthesized gold nanoparticles of 20 nm and 30 nm, as well as the corresponding enzymes, working biosensors were created, the parameters of which were further studied in model solutions. The optimal ratio of the components of the mixture for immobilization was selected, different types of urease biosensors were developed without the addition of gold nanoparticles and with the addition of different sizes and concentrations. The influence of gold nanoparticles on the responses of the urease biosensor was tested by applying different concentrations to the working cell. All developed types of biosensors were tested in model solutions, which studied such characteristics as response time, signal magnitude for adding a certain substrate concentration, constructed calibration curves with linear range, studied operational stability and reproducibility of biosensors, comparative analysis .
