Subject of research: porosity and adhesion of coatings of titanium alloy VT1-0 and zirconium alloy KTC-110 with a base of titanium alloy VT6. The purpose of research: to establish the parameters of the microplasma coating of coatings of alloys VT1-0 and KTC-110, which provide their maximum possible porosity; experimental studies of the static bond strength of these coatings with the base of the alloy VT6 by axial tensile tests. Research methods: microplasma sputtering technology is used for coating; the production of samples and tests for the strength of adhesion of coatings to the substrate at normal separation are carried out in accordance with the measurement procedure in accordance with ASTM C633 - 13 (2017). Research results: developed parameters of the microplasma sputtering regime of coatings from VT1-0 and KTC-110 alloys, which ensure their maximum possible porosity; samples were made to determine the adhesive and cohesion strength of these coatings applied to the substrate of the alloy VT6; static tensile tests of cylindrical specimens were performed and static strength of adhesion of coatings to the substrate was established.
