The activity purpose - a theoretical and experimental substantiation of design-ballistic parameters of extralight launch vehicles taking into account interaction with atmosphere. The basic methods of researches are analytically-settlement and experimental. Results of accessible publications concerning a problem of researches of working out of extralight launch vehicles for the ascent on a low earth orbit nano - piko - and femtosatellites are resulted.
