Karazin Kharkiv National University popup.description2  Objects of research are Wistar rats, liver fibrosis, Drosophila melanogaster, bone marrow cell culture, human buccal epithelial cells, donors with hepatocarcinogenesis. The aim of the work is investigation of reactions of human and experimental animal cells to impulse voltage and electromagnetic radiation of the ultra-wideband range. Research methods - radiophysical, physiological, biochemical, cytological, immunological. An experimental setup has been developed that allows to study the effect of electromagnetic simultaneously with changes in temperature on biological objects, including animals. It is shown that EMR with a frequency of 37.7 and 65 GHz at surface power P = 10 μW / cm2 with an exposure of 5 minutes enhances the mutation process in Drosophila. EMR affects the life expectancy of bone marrow cells, activates the immune system. It has been shown for the first time that the joint action of low temperature (4 °C) and EMU 70 kHz 600V / m expands the possibility of regulation, including pathological conditions of biological objects. A method of electrical conductivity of biological fluids, including blood serum, has been proposed to assess pathological, including oncological, conditions.
