The physicochemical characteristics of the obtained drugs and their biological activity were studied, as well as nanocomposites containing antimicrobial substances were created. As part of the 2nd stage of research, it was created a complex of the antitumor antibiotic Landomycin A with a polymeric carrier based on poly-2-oxazoline capable of forming micellar structures, the concentration of which in aqueous media is from 1.8 g/L to 10 g/L (depending on polymer formulas). The cytotoxic effect of the complex of landomycin A with a polymeric carrier based on poly-2-oxazoline occurs by the reduction of of production of reactive oxygen species by leukemic cells induced by landomycin A. In vivo study of the action of the complex of landomycin A with a polymeric carrier based on poly-2- oxazoline on the growth of melanoma B16 in mice showed preservation of the therapeutic potential of landomycin A immobilized on the used nanoscarrier. In the 3rd stage of research it was found that derivatives of thiazole 053301 and 053624 have a pronounced antineoplastic effect on leukemia cells. In particular, compound 053301 showed twice the cytotoxicity of the drug-resistant subline of human myeloid leukemia cells (HL-60/ADR) compared to Doxorubicin. In the 4th stage of research it was found that human urine, both from healthy donor and in hepatological and oncological diseases of various origins, contains a protein homologous to cortactin - a component of the cellular cytoskeleton.
