The ability of the created nanocomplexes of fullerene C60 with landomycin A to increase the effectiveness of the antineoplastic action in tumor cells of different origin has been demonstrated. Nanocomposites containing synthetic polymer (poly(VEP-GMA)-graft-PEG) functionalized with polyethylene glycol and phospholipid in combination with 4-thiazolidinone derivatives were synthesized. The in vitro cytotoxic effect of these complexes was compared with the action of their free forms and doxorubicin on glioma, carcinoma and leukemic cells. The ability of the created synthetic polymer to increase the efficiency of antineoplastic action of 4-thiazolidinone derivatives Les-3288 and Les-3833 in tumor cells of different origin has been demonstrated. Liposomal nanocomposites containing tyrosine protein kinase inhibitors have been developed. An increase in the effectiveness of such inhibitors on tumor cells, including resistant to drugs, provided their action in the nanocomposite. Nanocomposites containing synthetic polymers in the complex with endogenous peptides detected in the serum of patients with autoimmune diseases, as well as in the complex with synthetic analogues of these peptides, in particular Ser-Pro-Cis, were synthesized. Different effects of these nanocomposites on the growth of tumor cells, as well as on the viability of bacteria and hemostatic processes in human blood have been established. The ability to modulate osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells under the action of proinflammatory cytokines was analyzed and the most promising 4-thiazolidinone derivatives with respect to such regulatory effects were selected. The antibacterial activity of chitosan from higher fungi and native chitosan-melanin complex and chitosan of bees and its fragments with medium and low molecular weight, obtained by partial chemical hydrolysis, was studied.
