 Technical requirements and safety conditions for laboratory prototypes of biosensor smart systems during monitoring of sample preparation technologies for measuring molar concentrations of pyruvate in biological fluids, paraoxon-methyl in aqueous solutions and lactate in sweat have been established. An algorithm for estimating the expanded uncertainty of the measurement result (calculation of the experimental standard deviation) of the series of measurement results, estimating the homogeneity of the series of results by the Cochran’s test, calculating the value of SLE, which characterizes the repeatability of results obtained in terms of convergence and reproduction extended uncertainties of the measurement.
