INHTs are more effective and have a longer therapeutic effect. For most indicators, the effectiveness and duration of the preservation of the therapeutic effect increases with the combined use of INHT and respiratory training with PEEP. The effectiveness of INHT and PEEP training in terms of the effect on the parameters of bronchial patency increased in patients with COPD with more pronounced clinical symptoms. The effectiveness of the influence of training on the state of gas exchange (blood oxygen saturation indicator) does not depend on the severity of clinical symptoms.
