The most significant results that characterize the scientific novelty of R&D are the following: improved conceptual and categorical apparatus of the corporate finance theories; approach to value-oriented management of corporate finance on the basis of the stakeholder model is formulated; tools for resuming investment activity of corporations were developed; the methodology for assessing the activity of corporations in the financial market has been improved; further developed the model of the corporate capital structure management; the directions of development of the current assets efficiency estimation methods for the trade corporate enterprises of Ukraine are defined; the model of optimization of capital structure of corporate enterprises is improved.
