NANOTECHNOLOGY, SEMICONDUCTORS, QUANTUM DOTS, PHOTOLUMINESCENCE, PHOTOSTABILITY, POINT DEFECTS. The object of research was the synthesis and optical phenomena in ternary chalcogenide Cu-In and Ag-In quantum dots. The subject of research was the influence of thermodynamic synthesis conditions on the optical and structural properties of chalcogenide Cu-In and Ag-In quantum dots. Research methods - absorption spectroscopy and photoluminescence, scanning electron microscopy, atomic absorption analysis, mathematical modeling (Sheffe simplex lattice plan method), statistical analysis. The work is devoted to the development of reproducible and effective methods for the synthesis of non-toxic chalcogenide Cu-In and Ag-In quantum dots in the aqueous medium, the study of their optical and structural properties. Scheff's simplex lattice plans were used for mathematical planning of the experiment as one of the most convenient tools in building regression models when solving "composition-property" problems. It is shown that, together with higher-order regression models, the second or incomplete third-order models are adequate and accurately reflect the relationship between the composition of the reaction mixture and the properties of the obtained nanocrystals, which significantly reduced the number of experiments. The influence of the conditions of production (ratio of concentrations of precursors of Indium and Silver, duration of heat treatment, nature of stabilizer, presence of Zn2 + ions) on structural, optical properties and photostability of AgInS2 nanocrystals has been investigated in detail. The methods of synthesis of nanomaterials of different types (CdTe/CdS, CdSe/ZnS, nano-C, CsPbI3) were improved, which allowed to obtain stable colloidal solutions of quantum dots with green emission. The temperature sensitivity of the photoluminescence intensity of CuInS2/ZnS quantum dots was studied.
