The purpose of the work is to study the approaches and develop scientific and technical proposals for the use of remote sensing information reception stations in the interests of SKAKO. Research method - methods of experiment planning, probability theory and mathematical statistics. A method for obtaining the angular coordinates and radial velocity of spacecraft for remote sensing of the Earth during sessions with them to receive information in the X-band of radio waves has been developed. The method allows to obtain an estimate of the radial velocity of the spacecraft, even when the exact value of the carrier frequency emitted from the spacecraft during the session is unknown. The test showed the efficiency of the method and found that the accuracy of estimating the radial velocity significantly exceeds the accuracy of estimating the angular coordinates.
