The purpose of the study is to develop scientific bases and improve methods and means to increase the efficiency and safety of mining operations at enterprises with targeted and associated uranium ore mining. The structural and mineralogical features of uranium raw materials in terrigenous and crystalline rocks are determined, scientific criteria for changing the state of the rock mass are established, recommendations for forecasting disturbed zones are developed; developed recommendations for improving the productivity and efficiency of vibration output from mined workings and classification by size and dehydration of crushed uranium ores, developed guidelines for the use of information safety system for underground mining, taking into account geomechanical factors; processed data on the effect of fluoride ion and urea nitric acid on the destruction of the crystal lattice of durable minerals and redox potential of the solution for leaching; developed recommendations for the use of intensifying impurities to increase the degree of uranium extraction during its block leaching from durable ores and improve the working conditions of staff; improved technological solutions and developed recommendations for the safe conduct of preparatory and treatment works in the extraction of uranium ores using the energy of the explosion and taking into account the mining and geological state of the anisotropic rock mass; developed technological regulations for geomechanical monitoring of the system "array - workings - fastenings and protective structures" for enterprises with target and associated uranium ore mining; a progressive concept of encapsulation of radioactive waste of uranium ores has been developed in order to increase the stability of radiation-protective containers required for transportation and long-term storage of such waste.
